AWTex is a free texture repository for use in Activeworlds. It is not intended to be a general image-hosting service. AWTex management will periodically check user accounts to ensure that only textures are being uploaded. Failure to comply with these terms may result in account deletion.

AWTex reserves the right to check user accounts, including private galleries, to ensure the integrity of the service. Users who are violating these terms will have their accounts removed or their textures deleted.

DigitalPixel reserves the right to offer a premium version of the AWTex service. If a premium service is offered, it will not impair the current service, and all currently offered features will remain free.

In the event the service can no longer be maintained, users will be warned fifteen (15) days in advance.
